By accessing SLD Technologies SMS Portal, you agree to comply with the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka (TRCSL) guidelines and the local laws governing electronic communication. Our services are provided "as-is" for business communication purposes.
Registration of a Sender ID requires valid Business Registration (BR) documents. Users are prohibited from using Mask names that impersonate government bodies, financial institutions, or other brands without explicit authorization.

SMS credits are non-refundable once consumed. Pre-paid balances carry a validity period as specified in your service plan. carrier reserves the right to adjust pricing based on carrier (Dialog, Mobitel, etc.) tariff changes.
We prioritize your data security. Contact lists uploaded for bulk campaigns are never shared with third parties. However, logs are maintained as required by Sri Lankan law for security auditing purposes.
